ESAA Award Schemes

Primary Teachers' Information

The hugely popular primary awards schemes offer the chance for Key Stage 2 children to achieve Gold, Silver, or Bronze badges for each of 5 different outdoor athletic disciplines:

Sprints
Distance
Hurdles
Throws
Jumps
There are also Gold, Silver, and Bronze Triathlete badges available to children with performances in each of the following disciplines:

Run
Throw
Jump

There is also an award scheme for indoor events.

You can now register your school online to receive Award Scheme packs - these are posted to every primary and middle school in England in late March / early April each year, in time for the start of the summer term.
Full details are also available to download as a PDF file. (approx 2.3MB)
Once registered, you can then log in to generate orders for badges - this facility allows you to print out an order form, complete with your school address, the name and address of your local Badge Agent, and the total cost of your order. Just print off the form and post it with your payment.
