Welcome to Canon Slade

We are pleased to welcome to Canon Slade School all athletes, teachers, officials and spectators for the 2012 English Schools Athletics Association School's Cross Country Cup Finals - this is the third time that we are staging the Finals.

The Cup competition started with Round 1 during October, where 1511 teams from 519 schools throughout England competed against other local schools in their County. The leading teams from all the competitions held in each County then progressed to compete in one of 8 Regional Finals. This National Final pits the leading 3 teams in each Region against each other.

Course Venue: Canon Slade School, Bradshaw Brow, Bolton, BL2 3BP.

Weather Update

26th November : The course is very wet, but the forecast for the next 5 days is rain free, so we expect it to dry out somewhat by Saturday. Please check the notes on the home page for latest updates.

Public parking will be in the school grounds as directed by marshalls - there will also be extra parking available nearby if necessary.
