We are pleased to welcome to Leeds Grammar School all athletes, teachers,
officials and spectators for the 2005 English Schools Athletics Association
School's Cross Country Cup Finals.

How to get there

You can find a map and directions from where-ever you live at
www.multimap.com. You can zoom in and out to whatever scale you like and get an aerial view of
the surroundings. If you need directions, click the 'directions' link, enter your own
postcode as the starting address, and enter the destination postcode LS17 8GS.

On arrival
Members of the LGS Combined Cadet Force will assist you as you arrive. Please
give them the details of your particular role so that they can park and guide
you to the appropriate areas. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the
school site.
Changing and team declarations
Teachers in charge of teams should report to 'Declaration' in the school
pavilion upon arrival. Runners may change in the designated rooms in the Sports
Centre. Please note that changing space is limited for such a large event and
that after changing, all items should be removed back to your team manager for
safe keeping. Showers are available in the same location.
Refreshments
Refreshments will be on sale in the school refectory adjacent to the Sports
Centre from 12-30pm - 3-30pm. In addition a mobile unit will serve from a site
close to the school pavilion.
Presentations
The Presentation of Awards will take place in the Theatre Foyer adjacent to the
Sports Centre and the Refectory at 3-30pm. All participants and spectators are
invited and encouraged to attend. The presentation is expected to last no more
than 20 minutes.
Photographs
Photographs of ESAA events are published in the athletics press, local media, and on this website.
All official photographs are taken in accordance with the
guidelines relating to photos in schools published by the Information Commissioner with regard to the Data Protection Act 1998.
Photographs and videos which are taken by the public from public areas may be used for
personal use only. They may not be published in any form
(including on personal or club websites) without written permission from the ESAA.
Photographers at ESAA events wishing to publish photos in the media or in any other form (eg. internet websites),
or wishing to use them for anything other than personal use
must be officially registered and accredited by the ESAA.
It is not possible to prevent photographs of any particular individual from appearing in the media.
If this is a problem for you, you are advised not to take part in the event.
If any parent wishes a particular picture of their child appearing on this website to be removed
please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any problem.
